As the tax season is here in the United States, I am sure that many are watching that upcoming annual deadline getting closer as we near the end of another income tax season. Of course many have already accomplished that, although I am sure many have had a late start preparing for tax season. It is countdown now, as there still remains a few days before the yearly April 15th deadline.
I
know that it is a relief to sign it, seal it, and deposit into the mail each tax filing season and to know this task is done. To see this end of tax season just gives them another year when this will be faced once again.
While most people may dread facing the annual tax return season, there are some who actually look forward to their specialized tax season jobs. Personal income tax preparation may not be a strength for some, however, it is much like things we have to face with our work, business, or any other tasks deadlines. We may not like it. However, it is something that should not be ignored. If it is not dealt with timely, it can even hinder our progress in other areas of our lives.
Regardless, this is just a period of time each year that comes into our lives and stays only for a season. Managing deadlines diligently without neglecting those time management tasks may bring a smoother, stress-free accomplishment. Similarly, just as many are transitioning from a cold Winter season, it does not stay Winter forever. Many areas of the country are now warming up with Spring.
There is a season for everything. And with those uncomfortable responsibilities or events, it just passes in allowing us to appreciate and be grateful for all the other great things that we have in life.
A Time for Everything
1 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
Have a wonderfully blessed day!

great post my friend!
Thanks Arlen!
Yes, that is true. Thanks for the comment Kevin.
So true! It’s those things that we dread and try to put off until the last minute that become much bigger than they need to be. And like you said, by doing so other areas of our life are affected as well. Thanks for sharing!
