As the worldwide web increases connecting the millions of individuals, businesses and an array of other groups, how can we not escape those scammers whose intent is to take advantage of those in cyber world? As I am one of the many that are in the world of internet marketing, I wanted to write about social marketing safety measures online.
I recently connected with someone who offered a very new program that would allow me to get free movies, TV, games, shopping, training videos, online helpers, etc. I thought that would be an interesting and useful resource, so I thought I would at least see what this was about. Apparently my security virus system, however, did not find that acceptable and recommended to not proceed with the download. Unwilling to disturb my security virus program, I communicated the situation to my contact.
Upon heeding my system’s recommendations, it led me to wonder about the importance of social marketing safety measures online. I thought about the No. 2 site to which the multitudes are drawn: Facebook.
While many have sincere and valid intentions to connect and socialize or conduct business, a percentage of scammers exists whose objective is deceit for personal gain. I am not saying my recent contact had that intention. However, we all have to be wise to take precautionary social marketing safety measures. More so, as most of us do begin our online presence, it would be wise to gain some knowledge about what Facebook + Hackers – Privacy = You Lose*
While some may fall victim to these hackers or scam artists, while being present on the internet, we all should be aware and take social marketing safety measures.
Continue to go on to socialize or work as you intended, and keep in mind
16 “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. So be as wise as snakes and as harmless as doves.
Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Hi Nelly!
It’s another visit back to your Blog…I’m lovin’ it.
Thanks for your ‘heads up’ article. My belief is, if one has good intentions to begin with, then they are protected by their higher selves & will be taken care of & looked out for.
Have a pleasant day…your tribal friend Steven Suchar
Hi Nelly,
Thanks for reminding us of the security threats we come across with the use of internet. I guess we need to use a bit of common sense when we are online.

Thanks for the heads up. Very interesting and disturbing.
To Your Success,
Thanks Billy. Yes I thought some of the facts addressed were a little disturbing too and to think how some people take advantage of others like that.
