As we are in the first month of a new year, I am sure we all have made some plans or promises to ourselves for 2011. At a starting point like at this time of the year, having something like a mind movie will definitely help me to remember my goals and focus towards health and fitness, family and relationships, financial and spiritual growth for 2011.
Of course, we all have our own new year’s resolutions set out for this year and typically addressing different areas of our lives can be included such as how I personalized my mind movie. We all may begin focused, yet as the days, weeks, and even months passes, the actions begin to taper off too. What better way to have such a video always accessible as a reminder on your computer? I am relying on having My Mind Movie 2011 to help to stay on track through this year.
Health and Fitness
- How I know I am taking good care of the body that God gave to me.
- How I know I am in the best physical state as can be.
- How am I able to maintain and provide the best nutrition for my body?
- How am I able to keep up and regularly attend my fitness classes?
- Why do I enjoy exercising?
Relationships
- How do I enjoy spending time with my family?
- How I enjoy being able to lend an ear with compassion and minister to others.
- How I enjoy and am able to see the value of the people and friends God places in my life.
- Why are my online connections increasing?
Financial Promises
- Why are finances no longer a concern to worry?
- Why is it not difficult to keep up and maintain the blog posts?
- How I am able to continually improve my Alexa progress.
- How I have been consistent in reaching out through video.
Spiritual
- Why do I enjoy reading and searching for a daily scripture to apply to each day of my life?
- Why do I enjoy helping others who are in less fortunate circumstances?
- Why do I desire to see things as Christ would do and treat others?
- Why I take pleasure in helping and volunteering within the community and ministry.
- Why I have joy and am grateful for each day of life in 2011.
Not all mind movies are identical, yet when personalized, it can be a valuable asset to recall the “who, what, where, when, why and how” questions that comes throughout the year and the reasons to keep on going.
As we continue on through 2011, a promise mentioned in 1 Samuel 25:6 says:
Peace and prosperity to you, your family, and everything you own!
