This is an update to my earlier post about Data Network Affiliates (“DNA”).
You can still join 100% FREE and all that is required is to write down and submit license plates data which information will be used in helping in tracking and building databases. All you have to do is report 20 license plates per month and you get paid. Sign me up NOW . 
Your efforts made to collect data will assist law enforcement agencies in finding missing persons, etc. And it does not cost anything to sign up to participate while helping.
There is a big advantage, however, should you choose to upgrade from your FREE sign-up status that will be to your benefit. I am including an excerpt from a message I had received this morning:
