As we just enjoyed our Thanksgiving Day 2010, it is with much reflection as we recognize the so many things of which we are to think and thank and treasure. True that there are many who may not have been able to enjoy or experience what the media may have epitomized as a storybook event celebration. For everything there is a season and a time.
However, with kindness and compassion being evidenced by much goodwill demonstrated across the country, this season of goodness fills the hearts of many that brings out the kindness and thoughtfulness to be shared among the many walks of life.
During this time while thoughts like this are shared with one another, I recently received a time of the season video which gave me the opportunity to pause to think and thank and treasure what gratitude is all about. Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. ~ William Arthur Ward
As our hearts may be softened, and memories are reignited of tender
moments and fond times of the past, it is a good time where thankfulness is more evident for the blessings we hold deep in our heart.
While we all have our own share of personal and challenging moments, this strikes a chord of compassion and humbleness with regards to the simplicity and beauty that surrounds all of us. Yet, under most circumstances, it escapes our attention.
Surely there exists today a multitude experiencing difficulties or struggling in today’s economy but to every season there is a purpose. There will always be, however, surprises that can and will bring on a smile with appreciation of life to think and thank and treasure when you would least expect.
As we go through a busy season of the year with many thoughts and concerns that permeate our minds and lives, when you think you know what to expect on your planned schedule for the day, a delightful surprise may be awaiting your presence and attention.
Do not miss those things and people that come into your life that allow you the opportunity to think and thank and to treasure those moments in your day that can warm your heart with a smile.
For everything there is a season and a time. There is a time of the season music with watching a time of the season video just as this one shared here for you to enjoy.
As written in Ecclesiastes 3:
There is a time for everything,
and everything on earth has its special season.
If you see that this may help to bring on a smile to others, please comment and retweet or share with them too.
Blessings and Aloha.

I have come to realize more and more during the past year how much I have to be thankful for but, for years I took so much for granted. We should take nothing for granted in our Lives and be even more thankful because right now today is the best time in the history of the world to be Living…Thank You Nellie for your reminder
Hallelujah ! Thank you in gratitude
Hi Robert, Thank you for commenting on this. Yes, sometimes life goes too fast that we do and can take things for granted. Always good to pause and take time to reflect.
Thank you Bill and appreciate your visit here and comment.
